As a family run business with over thirty five years experience in moving we take pride in what we do and how we treat our customers and their property. A personal service is given as everybody has different worries and needs. We like to make the move as easy as possible for you and will try to take as much of the stress away from you as possible.

Services Provided

 

Our removals service covers all of Britain whether it is household, office, commercial, part load, or return load. Also we assist in moving you abroad.

We can store any amount from a single item to a full household in our containerised warehouse.

A packing service is offered or we can supply packing materials for you to pack.

Our company

 

The business was started in the early 1970s by Michael who built up a reputation for a quality of service. Over this time we have moved several people several times and have many customers who recommend us to their friends and family.

Richard joined his father in the business fifteen years ago, and he has been involved in removals for over twenty years.Together they continue to offer a personal and professional service.

With Pat and Claire in the office dealing with your enquiries, the family business is complete. We have the experience to help make your move as easy as possible.

Our employees

 

We have a trained staff who are experienced in all aspects of moving and the experiences that come with it. They will help you to have an enjoyable move, and will do everything to assist you. A friendly approach is taken so any worries can be put at ease and advice will be given if you are in need of it.

Our staff are courteous and well presented in their uniform.

Services we cannot offer (see our terms and conditions)

 

We CANNOT do any electrical, plumbing, or gas work for you. You will have to arrange for the specialist trades to carry out this work, so the disconnecting of cookers, wahing machines, light fittings, etc. will need to be done before the day of the move.

 

We will only take furniture apart, or re assemble it with prior agreement with the company.

The lifting of carpets will only be carried out by prior agreement. We will not lay carpets, even if they were taken up by ourselves.

We will not go up into a loft space to collect items. It is your responsibility to empty the loft prior to the day of the move.

 

 

Payment

We expect payment for removals prior to the removal being carried out, or if the solicitor is instructed to pay us on transfer of monies.

Storage costs must be paid in advance for each month preferably by direct debit.

Clean and Tidy

Our vehicles and storage warehouse are kept clean and tidy.

We have a range of vehicles for each particular moving situation.

The storage facility, built in 2002, is fully insulated, fully insured with a police linked security system.
